Role Description

We are looking for an efficient Technical Lead who has experienced of 5-8 years . As a good tech lead, will be responsible for the smooth functioning of all technical operations. Besides, you will be identifying the project requirements and developing a design structure. You will be coordinating with the Project Manager in reviewing timelines and deliverables and overall responsible for building the product from Scratch.

Key Responsibilities

  • This is a highly accountable role and the candidate must meet the following professional expectations:
  • Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
  • Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Team handling(experienced employees) and managing of the entire project
  • Providing solutions to a team from the technical front
  • Take ownership of problems and their solutions, delivering business value end-to-end across our technology stack
  • Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
  • Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer working with different Technology stacks and building products on a larger scale.
  • Excellent knowledge of programming languages like Python, React, and Databases along with experience in the cloud domain for deployment of such applications. Python is Mandatory
  • Excellent experience working with Databases like MySQL, and MongoDb and designing Database structures for efficiency and scalability.
  • Hands-on leader, and problem solver with a passion for excellence.
  • Strong experience in scaling, performance tuning, and optimization at both API and storage layers.
  • Good with Designing application Architecture, features, and Design principles.
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
  • A proven ability to take projects from ideas and experiments through to robust solutions.
