About the Role
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with 2 to 4 years of experience in designing web-based digital
products. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering clean, scalable, and intuitive user experiences
across our SaaS platform and other web based tools.
Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate closely with Product Manager, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand product goals and user needs.
● Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
● Design pixel-perfect user interfaces for web and mobile platforms with a strong focus on usability and user experience.
● Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
● Translate product requirements into user-friendly and responsive interfaces.
● Iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
● Ensure consistency in design patterns, color schemes, typography, and visual elements across all products.
● Work with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
● Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
● 2 to 4 years of experience in UI/UX design for web-based B2B or SaaS products.
● A strong portfolio showcasing your product design work, dashboards, flows, admin tools, datavisualization, etc.
● Proficient in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
● Solid understanding of UX principles, web accessibility, and interaction design.
● Experience building and maintaining component libraries and design systems.
● Ability to break down complex user journeys into intuitive flows and layouts.
● Strong communication skills, comfortable giving and receiving design feedback.
