Job brief
We are looking for an efficient Technical Lead to be a part of our Product Team. As a good tech lead, will be responsible for smooth functioning of all technical operations. Besides, you will be identifying the project requirements and developing design structure. You will be coordinating with the Project Manager in reviewing timelines and deliverables and overall responsible for building the product from Scratch.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer working with different Technology stack and building products for the larger scale.
- Excellent knowledge of programming languages like Python, React and Databases along with experience in cloud domain for deployment of such applications. Python is Mandatory
- Excellent experience working with Databases like Mysql , MongoDb and designing the Database structure for efficiency and scalability.
- Hands-on leader, and problem solver with a passion for excellence.
- Strong experience in scaling, performance tuning & optimisation at both API and storage layers.
- Good with Designing application Architecture, features and Design principles
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- A proven ability to take projects from ideas and experiments through to robust solutions

- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.

- Take ownership of problems and their solutions, delivering business value end to end across our technology stack
- Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
- Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
