Role Description

We are looking for an efficient Technical Lead who has experienced of 5-8 years . As a
good tech lead, will be responsible for the smooth functioning of all technical operations.
Besides, you will be identifying the project requirements and developing a design
structure. You will be coordinating with the Project Manager in reviewing timelines and
deliverables and overall responsible for building the product from Scratch.

Key Responsibilities

● This is a highly accountable role and the candidate must meet the following
professional expectations:
● Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the
team.
● Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
● Team handling(experienced employees) and managing of the entire project
● Providing solutions to a team from the technical front
● Take ownership of problems and their solutions, delivering business value
end-to-end across our technology stack
● Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings
to discuss improvements.
● Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.

Qualifications

● 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer working with different
Technology stacks and building products on a larger scale.
● Excellent knowledge of programming languages like Python, React, and
Databases along with experience in the cloud domain for deployment of such
applications. Python is Mandatory
● Excellent experience working with Databases like MySQL, and MongoDb and
designing Database structures for efficiency and scalability.
● Hands-on leader, and problem solver with a passion for excellence.
● Strong experience in scaling, performance tuning, and optimization at both
API and storage layers.
● Good with Designing application Architecture, features, and Design principles.
● Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
● A proven ability to take projects from ideas and experiments through to robust
solutions.
